COCK (10): 1, Lady Alington, the Tunbridge Wells etc, winning Buff, capital shape, nice colour and feather; 2, hc, Heys, the Kendal winning White grand shape and better feather, pressed winner very closely; 3, Binns, the Kendal winning Buff, small, good colour and feather; vhc, Leech.

HEN (16): 1, Furness, very small, grand shaped, and pure coloured White, good feather; 2, very shapely and well feathered Black, Kendal winner; 3, Heys, small, nice feathered, and shapely White; hc, Thomas, Kelloch, Leech, Clark, Binns, Holland, Mrs Airey.

COCKEREL (8): 1, 2, Heys, Kendal White cockerel and the Black cockerel, both grand shape and feather; 3, Binns, very nice shaped and good coloured Buff; vhc, Wright, Leech, Kendal Buff and 2nd White respectively.

PULLET (12): 1 & cup, Dr Jackson, the Kendal Buff, very nice shape, and capital colour and feather; 2, Entwisle, very small and pure coloured White, grand shape and feather; 3, Leech, also White, beaten in colour and shape; vhc, Heys, Anderton, miss Southam, Marshall & Son.
